Private Event Offers

Each service includes visiting part of the mansion’s ground floor: the Picture Gallery, the private apartments,  You can also offer your guests a private viewing of the current temporary exhibition and the first floor with its Italian Renaissance collections.

Cocktail & Dinner Parties

Three rooms are available for your cocktail and dinner parties; they can be laid out according to your wishes and adapted to the requirements of your event. The inner courtyard can also be hired for private events.

The service includes the hire of the room(s) from 7pm. The caterer, lighting, and sound systems are optional and must be chosen from a list of approved service providers.

> Capacity: up to 500 people for a cocktail and 250 people for a dinner.
> Times of availability for private hire: from Tuesday to Sunday from 7 p.m.

Private visits

Breakfast

Offer your guests a private breakfast in the museum’s former dining room, one of the finest tea rooms in Paris.

> Capacity: up to 80 people.
> Service details: continental breakfast with mini Viennese pastries, tea, coffee, and fruit juice.

Days and times of availability for private hire
> Breakfast + tour of the permanent exhibition: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
> Breakfast + tour of the temporary exhibition: Tuesdays only, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Glass of champagne

In the beautiful surroundings of the music room, you can offer your guests a glass of champagne as an aperitif.

> Capacity: up to 80 people.
> Service details: a champagne aperitif with savoury pastries for your guests.
> Times of availability for private hire: from Tuesday to Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
> Special terms and conditions: reservations must be made one month in advance.
