The Dining Room

On the Dining Room’s walls, five tapestries from the Achilles tapestry, woven in Brussels in the eighteenth century, recount the adventures of the hero of the Trojan War. Another distinguishing feature of this formal room is a fresco by Giambattista Tiepolo on the ceiling, which originated, like that of the Winter Garden stairway, from the Villa Contarini in Mira.
